Our Program

Operation Magnolia serves as a Christ-led sanctuary for young women between 18 and 24 who are navigating life after the foster care system. By offering a stable and loving family-style setting, we ensure these individuals have the protective space necessary to transition from simply getting by to flourishing with newfound purpose and joy.

Our facility houses four residents alongside a professional resident manager in a home setting. We function together as a unified household, prioritizing shared life and mutual support.

Who We Serve

We welcome young women willing to dedicate one to two years to their spiritual and personal growth. Our program is designed for motivated individuals who are focused on building a stable future through consistent work, higher education, or vocational study.

A Holistic Foundation

Providing shelter is our primary mission, yet success requires much more. While in our care, every woman focuses on these four essential growth pillars:

Spiritual
Growth

Christ is the center of our community. Through structured study and daily fellowship in a faith-filled atmosphere, residents develop a deep, lasting personal connection with their Savior.

From completing high school equivalency to enrolling in university courses, we provide the mentorship needed for career success. Our team assists with navigating healthcare and state aid while offering essential transit to jobs and classrooms, effectively removing the logistical hurdles that often block a young woman's path to achieving her professional dreams.

Educational
Pathways

Essential
Life Skills

Our curriculum covers vital daily tasks like financial planning, nutritious meal preparation, and home upkeep—skills often missed during a turbulent childhood experience.

Building Financial Freedom

Residents save half of their earnings in a managed personal account. This practice ensures that upon graduation, each woman possesses the necessary capital to secure her own apartment and move forward with the financial security needed for long-term independence.

What Success Looks Like

Graduates leave our program prepared for the world, equipped with the following:

• A vibrant spiritual life and a profound commitment to walk with Jesus
• A solid financial foundation to support a successful housing transition upon graduation from the program.
• Expertise in professional budgeting and sustainable money management
• Proficiency in culinary arts and household organization
• The resilience to navigate adulthood with wisdom and self-assurance
• Validated educational achievements or vocational certifications

This home is more than a roof. It is a catalyst for her to become the person God intended her to be.
